your trailer has an ultralight frame and if it's a newer one, there should be a sticker on the bumper telling you not to do something like this.
a number of members have pics of the sticker.
the cheap and flimsy welds on the bumper will not tolerate the load of bouncing bikes on it.
the only way to safely do this, is to have a 2" receiver welded AND braced to the FRAME.
but this mod will void the frame's manufacturer's warranty, unless your Rockwood is an older model and the frame warranty has already expired.
an easy search here will give you weeks of reading on your question, since it's asked all the time.

Bike rack
I just noticed that some owners travel with the bikes on the front of their autos or trucks.

Just store them inside out of the weather and away from sticky fingers.

I have traveled with them inside with padding to not leave marks. Today I use a ladder carrier but I brace the rack to the camper body to not put all the horizontal load on the ladder.

We have previously carried them inside. There hasn't been enough room lately since we began carrying a 15ft boat inside ours.

I put them on a Thule on top of the truck. Works great!

You can put a receiver on the back for a bike rack, but it has to be beefed up. You can't just use the bumper, as shown in other post's pics.
Here's mine, installed by my dealer. I've used it 3 seasons, no issues.

That looks like what I welded onto my Titanium and it worked great for 5 years.
But on my ultralight Flagstaff, I have concerns that if I take off the underbelly and go to the frame, the frame wouldn't be able to handle it.

If the spare is on the bumper, then you can't safely
add more weight to it. I should have mentioned I am buying a Super lite Flagstaff 5th. I have read our forums that show twisted frames and even a sticker under the bumper, that warns against adding anything to the bumper.....
I am not sure which units have the bumper warning sign....

Often makes me wonder why doesn't the bumper break from all that spare tire weight?? Tire/wheel and bracket is heavy. New bikes are lighter.
