Black Water Tank

I have a 2018 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509s. I have the following questions:

1. Does anyone know where the black water tank is located?
2. My trailer has a water tank heater. Are my black and grey water tanks
also heated?
3. Should I put silver insulation on exposed pipe and release value to

prevent damage?

I think the black water tank is located beneath the bathroom sink, but my entire under belly is enclosed. Does this protect my black water tank from freezing in temperatures below 32 degrees? Night time only I think.

If you have tank water heaters, they typically heat both the gray and black water tanks.
You can always dump some rv antifreeze down the toilet to protect the black tank and down the shower to protect the gray water tank.

If you have the information packet that came with the trailer, the functionality of the heater pads is described in a brochure in that packet. The description includes details like the temperature at which they turn on and turn off.

I did see that, and remember the temperature information. I only saw mention of the water heater, but somewhere online it mentioned this includes the holding tanks. I'll pull the manual out again. Thank you for your reply.

My tank heaters are adhered to both the black and gray tanks on the bottom towards the drain end, with a little wrapped around the drain pipes. Hopefully that keeps them flowing should you need to dump under freezing conditions.

There's also a pad on the bottom of the fresh tank. I don't recall the specific location but I think it's centered on the tank.

Take a peek at the pipe from the Black Tank Drain Valve which is usually just behind rear tire on Street/Driver's side.

If the pipe goes straight back from this valve the tank is right there under the floor. Also, with all water turned off press dump pedal on toilet and llook into the toilet's discharge opening. If you see a straight drop through a pipe, and can see the bottom of the tank (assuming it's empty), you've located the tank and it doesn't have any piping to a remote location.
