I owned a 2604WS and if I remember the wardrobe slide is an in wall schwintek motor and the main living room slide is an underfloor motor type. They are completely independent. I do remember there is a fuse between the battery and the slides. I'm not sure if it is for both or just the front. On mine it was located up in the tongue area just in front of the coach right before the wires go under the coach on the driver side.

You say you have power. Have you measured you battery voltage? When I hear that it makes noise but nothing happens I always think low battery...
