close to buying 09 Mini-Light 21ft M-2106

the guy who has it for sale
was not totally honest in his ad
he said
"it was a 2010 Mini-Light M-2106 22ft"
after a little study on my own
it turns out to truly be a
2009 Mini-Light 21ft M-2106
I don't think they made the 2106 in 2010 ?
anyway
I'am looking to downsize from a large motor home
to a nice smaller trailer
this seems to fit the bill ?

any comments would be appreciated

trailer is in - as new condition
used at the most a few times
he has came down in his asking price
to 10 thousand dollars
your thoughts ?

I'am not sure what it cost new ?

thank you very much

Possibly his is like our Rockwood 1809S Mini Lite. We ordered it in Feb as an 2010 however in May when it came in it was titled a 2011. However, the striping etc. are 2010 not 2011. This tells me if I were to sell it I should say a 2010 with a 2011 title.

Emptypockets -- if I may ask of you

thank you Emptypockets for your reply
and
I think that is exactly what also happened with his model
title states one year newer that it is

the floor plan is different from yours on the M-2106
M-2106 has the entry door near the front

if I may ask of you

your trailer length ?

how do they measure that
rear bumper to tip of tongue ?

how do you all like your Rockwood trailer ?

thank you

I have not put a tape to it so can't answer for sure - the brochure says 19'11" over all. We are very pleased with the trailer.

Trust you will enjoy your trailer as much as we do our 1809 S

hi Emptypockets
well
we bought it
have had it out a couple of times
like it a lot
different from yours though
our entry door is on same side as yours but to the front
still don't know if that couch folds down ??
it is a metal frame
back seems to move just a little
kind of like it wants to fold down
but
see nowhere so as to un-hinge ??

i've got the 1809 (without the slide-out).
the actual trailer box is 16' long x 90" wide.
the front tongue is 3'-6".
the rear bumper and spare tire is 1'-6".

so, total length is 21'.

the build date is August-2007.
however, the Title lists the trailer as a 2008.

Mountainmanbob,
Sounds like a nice unit. I would go by the title (regardless of build date). I am guessing that your trailer retailed for over $20k new. I would get up on the roof asap and check and recaulk with Dicor sealant all seams and vents. Rockwood measurements are from back bumper to front of trailer tongue. You need to measure the box by hand (close to 18 feet). I think Rockwood makes a nice unit for the price range.

Have a niced Christmas in Borrego. I am thinking of heading down to Lake Pleasant AZ in Jan for a couple of weeks and enjoy some lakeside camping. In regards to the sofa question, most are jackknife type sofa. Grab the front and pull outward and should fold down. Our sofa is actually very comfy for laying down watching TV.
