Converter not suppling voltage to battery

My awning quit working, after much troubleshooting discovered it was low voltage issue. Put a charger on the battery and all was well for awhile. Discovered that the inverter wasn’t doing its job. Looked over the inverters manual and discovered there are two reverse polarity fuses adjacent to the regular signaled fuses. Sure enough those two were blown, replaced and now the battery terminal reads what it should 13+ volts.

I think you mean CONverter, not INverter.
Unless you added one, your Rockwood doesn't come with an inverter unless you have a residential fridge.

X2 --- also, reverse polarity fuses are there to protect your system from hooking up battery cables backwards ... as in pos cable to neg post, etc. Hooking up battery cables backwards will blow those fuses in your converter.
