So true! It took me a while to piece it all together - in discussion with the dealership as to their history with the cracked windshields, both my service technician and the service advisor, both felt it was due to flexing. Then I remembered the incident getting past the fence... duh. $500 deductible later, I will be extra careful towing off that paver pad, and now that I know if it cracks again it won't explode out, I will probably just live with it.
