de-winterize??

First time owner and we had the dealer winterize for us. The question(s) comes with regard to what I will need to do once I get to my winter destination in Florida.

The water filter is just set in the bathroom sink. My assumption is that the cabinet door under the sink comes off and the filter would be located there but I don't currently have the RV with me so I am looking for some guidance.

Also is there anything in particular (tricks of the trade maybe) to do or look for when de-winterizing? First time in over 25 years for me so it is basically like starting over.

Thanks in advance gang.

First thing I would do is remove the built in filter outside or replace it with an inline filter.

This just may save you a major headache later.

Once you are setup in your site you need to flush the lines with the city water hookup.

Open the low point drains under your unit to flush them do the same with the outside shower if you have one.

Open every faucet inside and run them until they are running clear and no foam.

Flush the toilet till it is running clear, press and hold.

Turn off the water to your unit.

Replace the caps on the low points.

The water heater bypass valves need to be set for normal use.

Turn the water back on.

Open the pressure relief valve on the water heater.

Close it once you have good flow and no air bubbles.
