Different way to spend the evening

Late yesterday we got our first snow that amounted to anything (about3"). Not much I know but it is a start. Well the power went out just as we finished dinner so out come the candles. Not too much we could do. Then I thought about our trailer. It has light, heat and a TV. So I fired up the furnace, turned on the inverter, slipped in an Inspector Lewis DVD and spent a pleasant evening. Power came back on around 11:00 so things are back to normal. It was nice to have the trailer close at hand.

Keep the snow.

We lost power last winter while the missus was making dinner including biscuits. We had a fine dinner just as the lights came back on.

It is great to have a back-up plan.

It all looks and sounds great, but keep the snow, we had approx 46" last year from three major snow storms that hit us three days apart, and i hear we may see the same thing again this Winter.

The pic of your camper in the snow would make a nice holiday greeting card, just need a few red, green and blue lights
