Hi, This awning came on my unit. In looking at it on line I noticed that it is supposed to come with a platic cover when the awning is closed. Mine doesn't have that cover. Question: Does any one on this forum have this awning and did it come with that cover from Forest River?

Could be metal (aluminum) and is always optional. Does your bulld sheet list a guard with the awning?
