We are going to be dry camping for 3 nights. My wife has sleep apnea and uses a CPAP with heated humidifer every night. We can't run the generator all night. We have a Rockwood Sig. Ultralite (8315BSS) TT. I would like to have a 12v source for the CPAP in the bedroom. It pulls about 6 DC amps. If I can do this the 2 trailer batteries and the truck batteries can handle the load.
Any help would be appreciated.
If she can tolerate the CPAP without the heated humidifier, you can cut the amps/hour down by a third (usually).

We have same situation, wife uses CPAP. We have not tried it yet but I think two fully charged RV batteries will get through the night but I would recharge next day. You can buy a 12 volt battery pack for CPAP, many sources available, one from our CPAP company is $200, kind of a lot. Amazon has various 12 volt battery packs for less.
