Factory service

Has anyone brought their Rockwood fifth wheel back to the factory for service? Our new 8289WS has water leaking through the wall structure of the wardrobe slide (not around the seals). We don't think our dealer's service department is up to the job of fixing it. Trying to reach the factory warranty department now, but they aren't being very responsive. Would like to bring our trailer directly to IN to get it fixed right. Wondering if anyone else has done that.

Update: Received a call and several emails from Forest River re the water intrusion problem with our new camper. They are being very helpful. Looks like we'll be heading out to Indiana in June to have it fixed. Very pleased with the response we're getting from the factory now. Although it's a bummer to have a leak in the new rig, we're looking at the bright side: It'll be interesting to see the factory and we'll have a chance to visit our son who lives in IN while we're out there.
