flooring damaged

Has anyone experienced vinyl floor damage from their kitchen slide. we have a Rockwood 8285 ikws, on our last trip when we opened the kitchen slide the flooring was damaged as if the slide was dragging or maybe a small stone had wedged it self.

We have a dent in the vinyl flooring of our 8289WS that appears to be caused by the bottom of the slide when it's closed.

Go back to the dealer and make a warranty claim. I have read about some adjustment issues, but you must act fast.

Is that still an option for you?
