Fresh Water System Sanitizing Guide

I'm always open to suggestions on how to improve it.

As I mentioned in your other write-up... great job.

You may only be addressing YOUR particular unit but many R/Vs DO NOT have a gravity fresh water fill. The fresh tank is filled by turning a lever in the water bay to fill the fresh tank from the city water connection.

To get bleach into these systems, you must either pour some bleach in the the fresh water supply hose before connecting and then use city water to 'push' that bleach into the fresh tank... or... buy a new/clean garden hose fertilizer sprayer, adapt it to your city water supply hose, fill the cup with bleach and as the water flows through the hose/sprayer it will pull the bleach into the tank.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. That sucks since it requires a physical threaded connection.

Yes, I used my 2019 Rockwood travel trailer for a reference.

Camping World sells a RV Inline Sanitizer, item # 12375, that looks like it fits in line with the garden hose to meter bleach into the fresh water tank. I ordered it but it has not come yet so can't offer an opinion on how it works. It was under $30. www.rvinlinesanitizer.com Available on Amazon and other sources too.
