Geo Pro 16BH Slide out not working on one side

I stopped at a grocery store and while extending the slide out I stupidly stopped about halfway out because we weren't 100% level. I retracted it and went on my way. When I got home and attempted to extend only the backend slide is going out. The front side goes about an inch or two and just stops.

I've tried to figure out how to manually disengage the slide out but don't appear to have the answer. I read about removing a screw to disengage the motor but since the screw is on the outside of the trailer I can't access it.

Tried to get a warranty appointment but so far the local places are booked to April and May Any help would be appreciated.

First, you need to post what slide system you have.
Second, if your warranty is still current, you can use an independent RV shop or mobile RV technician. You just have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing to be reimbursed.

Just looked at some pics and determined that you have the Schwintek slide system. There is no manual cranking feature. You probably tripped the slide controller. The controller probably needs to be reset. There are tons of Schwintek troubleshooting videos available online.
