I got the haloview camera and I wanted to install it. My question is do I need to shut off the power to the trailer first? If so where is the main shut off value?
Please advise on how to shut off power to the trailer because I will be mounting the camera in the back.

Ours came with the bike rack and we have no intentions on using it. Once the weather improves and the snow goes away i plan on removing the 'tower' from the trailer. May end up selling it if you are interested.

As long as your trailer lights are off, you are good to install. The camera is powered when the trailer lights are on. There's no reason to disconnect the battery to install it. You also need to turn your TV lights on when towing so the camera has power.
