Geo Pro 20BHS vs 19BH - Experience and thoughts appreciated

My wife and I are looking at getting a Geo Pro. We're looking for something we can take boondocking but still be comfortable with the kids in. (Hence the bunk beds )

I was initially looking hard at the 19BH but when I went to the lot I was able to check out the 20BHS and I have to admit the increased table size is a big plus. Especially as the kids grow older. (I am hoping to have the trailer for a while)

However having never had one I'm a little dubious about the slideout. Any experience with one or the other would be appreciated.

We have GeoPro 19FD. Perfect for two adults. Too small for kids though.. Wife says if we ever upgrade, she wants a slide out (she saw my friend's). Not sure if it's worth it, extra weight, extra money, potentially extra problems. We spend most of our time outdoors. I can't imagine NOT having one if there were kids to trip over too.

I have nothing to add about those two models but this: Go sit in them with your kids. Picture being stuck inside on a rainy day. Try and move around and pretend you're doing all the stuff you would be doing on a camping trip. We did this with several floorplans and it's how we came to the 2509.
