Geo Pro slide problems

Purchased a 2022 Geo Pro 20FBS last August and used it twice before winter with no problems.
This year we have used it several times and have had problems with opening and closing the slide.
It has started to go on an angle more than once either going in or out, and the only thing that I could think of was to stop and reverse direction completely and try again.
When we first bought this unit, the dealer rep warned us to NEVER try partially opening or closing the slide, but, ALWAYS do a complete cycle.
I get that part, except when it started to go on an angle....didn't want it to jamb part way open.
It's almost like one of the two motors didn't start at same time.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Our new trailer is now a few days past its original warranty, but we did buy the extended warranty so if something is wrong, it will hopefully be covered.

Assuming it has the Lippert In-Wall Slide System (formerly known as Schwintek). Lube the aluminum gear rails on the sides of the slide room with dry lube with PTFE. Then:

It is an In-Wall (Schwintek) slide if it has the gear rails on the side of the slide room shown in the video. You can get dry lube with PTFE at an auto parts store.

Thanks for forwarding this very helpful info regarding te-synchronizing the slide drive motors on our Geo Pro trailer.
I will also make sure to pickup some of that special dry lubes you mentioned.
