Heat/massage cupholders

Does anyone know how the heat/massage/light cupholders come out of theatre seats in Rockwood 2020 2608BS camper trailer?

Unless I'm badly mistaken, they're pressed in. Just take a plastic putty knife or auto trim tool and pry them out.

A 2020 should still be under warranty. Is there a problem with yours?

This is not an answer to your question, but I just wanted to share what I did with ours. I was able to put a strip outlet behind the theater seats and plugged them into it. I attached a large Command hook to the back side of the table’s bench seat and ran the cord over it. When I want to turn off the cup light/vibration/heat. I turn off the surge protector. There is only one problem with that and it disables the USB ports inside the console of the theater seats, too.
