Help....how to get cable TV?

We have a 2017 mini Rockport. Today we pulled into a park with cable. But we can't figure it out.

We get about 10 channels OTA.

We have a coax running from park box to outside cable jack.

We have tried turning the booster off and on, scanned too many times to count. Tried putting a coax from wall plate to TV

We even tried running cable from satellite ports , well, why not right?

Nothing... All we get us over the air stuff.

Any other suggestions ?

Did you change the tv settings, from ota to cable, turn the booster button off and then scan?

If you have a long enough cable wire try running it to another site's connection
you may have a bad cable connection at your site

often heard that cables internal to your trailer are not connected when they pass thru the walls when it was built...

bring cable into a window or door and hook direct to TV to test that...

INPUT antenna cable USING screen menu then scan

yes, try to run the coax cable into the coach and directly to the tv

change the tv input to CABLE, or similar setting... it may actually be 'TV' setting

scan for channels

if nothing, then it's the park's issue, and they may actually require you to have one of their 'cable boxes' in order to use their system. Ask if needed. Otherwise, it could also be that your TV can not 'unscramble' the digit Cable channels. Maybe : /

We got it. The TV had to be on channel 3! I had a feeling it had to be set on a certain channel but nothing I read said what channel! Lol. We don't do cable at home so this wasn't intuitive to us!

Thanks for all your help!

Probably was in your TVs manual.

...... Glad that you found it. I was going to ask who the cable provider was as we have found out Spectrum cable only certain brands of TVs will work on their system without a box.

Oh, you must have a cable box that selects the channels. Think you forgot to mention that. Glad it's working now.

Rockport makes good shoes but.....
