How to remove false bottoms in cupboards

I have a 2011 2604 and want to replace the lights that are in the bottoms of the upper cabinets above the couch. Looks like there should be some way to remove the false bottoms in the cabinets to get to run the wires and to screw into. Anyone done this? How hard is it to remove the false bottoms?

Thanks

I've done this in my cabinets a couple of times.
I re-wired/replaced my concertone as well as moving
my microwave from over the sink to over the stove.

The inside bottoms are typically stapled in place with out
glue. I used needle nose pliers or small bent tip screw driver
to tease the staples up. It's not great but was usually able to remove
enough to get the panel up.
Also the stiles (the upright "post" between doors are screwed
in from the inside. You can remove the doors and stiles
fairly easily if you're careful.

I replace the bottoms with low profile nearly flat head
phillips screws rather than re-stapling or wire brads.

I bought myself a great present. I'm a home DIYer and have
large Sears and DeWalt battery drill/drivers.
I bought one of the new tiny drivers like this--
BLACK & DECKER CompactFit Lithium Screwdriver - LI3100 A at The Home Depot
It's great for working inside cabinets or tight spots.
And it's come down in price since I got mine.
