Yes we are happy but as you read above we left it for the final corrections. It has the XM Radio and the mount above the TV . I don't think I would need it. I don't plan on being on the moon with no AM/FM reception.
I did take home all the documentation but didn't find any extended warrenty from Forest River.

I just bought 2 MaxxAir II roof vent covers for the bedroom and kitchen.

Oh where is your water filter located?

Iggy, the TV comes shipped in the box strapped to the bed.
The dealer installs it as part of dealer prep. My dealer did not have the correct VESA milli-meter screws so he installed it with sheet metal screws. Now the threads are so destroyed the correct screws won't work.

We finally picked up the baby and took her home

Well after a week of correcting some issues we finally made it home.
I have not been sleeping well and have been gathering all the stuff I needed and the garage and back room are filled.

I cleaned the roof for tomorrows work with Eternabond. I will be using the roof cleaner to cleanup the stuff around the vents and seams. It was really dirty. When I finish with the Eternabond I will add some pictures.

Here are 2 shots in front of the house.

Shake Down Trip

Well we will be leaving the cool part of Arizona and heading to the California coast for 4 days. We have checked both the Rockwood and PU from top to bottom and shouldn't have any problems getting to the coast.

Will give you a full report and pictures when we return.

Have same baby...

We just purchased the same model - picked it up June 30 and towing it with the same type diesel truck. Gas mileage is worse than expected (8-12 MPG). Also, I suggest you check to make sure that when you open the fold out bed the Velcro doesn't tear your upolstery - it did mine the first time it was opened. The sales person put the sink cover there so that when it was opened at pick up I didn't notice the problem, got it home and now have torn upolstery.

Hi On the road again!
On top our great taste in Trucks and RV I used to live in Rancho Cordova.
I will be up in Sacramento after Labor Day to visit my daught and family.

Thanks for the update on the velcro. I will check. I did pull out the air mattress to check it out. The zipper on the storage bag came loose. Showed it to momma and shed fixed it as well as sewn all the seams again because she siad they weren't done right.

We are planning our next trip as I said above Phoenix to Bakersfield to Sacramento back to Bakersfield then to Oceanside CA then back to Phoenix. 1,700 miles in 11 days of fun.

Well, we are packing up the trailer and will be heading to Sacramento California (750 miles) for a week then south to Oceanside and camp on Camp Pedleton where we will stay on the beach for 4 days with a group of frineds from S.M.A.R.T. RVing. Total tirip is about 1,600 miles.

Then home for a few weeks then a September trip to the north side of the Grand Canyon for 4 days. After that Tuscon AZ for 4 days. So far that is as far in the future we have plans.

Anyone heading to Arizona for the winter?
