Interior lights on a 2306

I could have sworn that the interior light switch would turn on and off all the lights in my 2017. Now the only light the interior switch controls is the one over the dinette. So I can turn the switch on and walk around and push all the buttons on the other lights and if I shut the switch off , the only one that turns off is above the dinette? Is this the way it is supposed to work?

That's the way it is on my 2016 2306. Just the dinette light.

Alright , Thanks for the replies! I will chalk it up to trying out too many campers at the rv show and confusing them with mine lol.

If it's like our 2017 2104S, there's also a switch that controls two of the round ceiling lights near the bed. We've got a murphy bed so probably a different configuration. Switching in the bathroom is similar in that the wall switch controls the light and fan. If you want the fan on and light off, you have to leave the wall switch on and use the button on the light to turn off the light. All were a bit confusing at first but I've gotten to like the flexibility - we're a week into a 3-month trek.

Well deep inside I was almost 100 % certain that I was able to do that initially. I do have the murphy bed with the seperate switch for the reading lights. I wonder if there is some kind of sequence to make them work off the main switch? I just remember having , lets say , about 4 of the lights on and if I flipped the main interior switch , those 4 would turn off and on using that switch.

In my trailer the "inside lights" switch on the panel only controls power to the under cabinet light over the sink...12 inches away! And of course that fixture has its own integral switch.
