Has anyone replaced the sofa in a Mini Lite 2502KS?

No but I did add plywood under mine because of you sat down in the last 18 inches from an end you would sink down, way down.

I need to do something to my sofa also. 2504s. It feels like its "understuffed". What thickness of plywood did you use and how did you mount it? On top of the springs? Thanks in advance. Jay

I used 1/2 inch plywood between the springs and the foam all the way to the ends and just use 1/2 staples around the springs to hold it. I just used scrap plywood about 12 inches wide.
