Keeping headlights adjusted

I have a 2013 F-150 that tows my 5th wheel. I use air bags to keep the pickup more level. I wonder how others have compensated for the change of headlight aiming for the difference pickup towing angles? It would have been nice if they'd included a bubble level as previous vehicles included.

I am well within the gross combined weight. I could run without the airbags but they keep the pickup in a more normal attitude.
