No info on that head unit, but the replacement /swap out is simple and easy.....maybe ten minutes. I replaced our camping neighbors antenia while camping this past Halloween weekend. He was / is a ummmm, bigger guy, and climbing the ladder was not going to happen.
You will only need needle nose pliers to pull / remove the two clamps holding the pins in place. The antenia cable should only be hand tight, but probably may not hurt to bring something up with you to help loosen the cable connection if it's too tight.
As long as you did no damage to the antenia arm, this is really a simple swap!
