Kudos to FR parts dept.
Just wanted everyone to know what an outstanding job the Forest River Signature Series/Windjammer parts folks are doing. I've been working with Todd Stringfellow on some parts for my rig. They came in and the stairs I ordered were bent. Sent him an email and they got another set out right away at no charge, and did not require me to send back the bent ones!
Great job FR and especially Todd and his crew! Your outstanding service is greatly appreciated.
