Light repair question

Any know how to remove the base of this light fixture? I want to fix the switch but can't figure out to get it off the wall. There are no visible set screws. It looks like it might twist off but when I try to turn it it feels like I'm good no to break it.

The switch should just pop out with a small screw driver no need to remove the base.

I hope someone knows the answer also! I have the same fixture and need to adjust the Bulb Socket! Youroo!!
