Looking for a new mattress for our 2608BS

We really need to replace our mattress. Any suggestions from 2608bs owners? I forgot to measure the old mattress depth before putting the trailer in winter storage. I’ve been interested in RV Mattress.

We have a Furniture Row RV mattress that came with our Hemisphere, we love it. We even bought a Furniture Row mattress for the house. It is good but the RV mattress is better.

If you arent sleeping on it a lot, a less expensive mattress will last for many years. Go to a local mattress store and try them out. Only you can determine what is most comfortable.

For this coming summer, I intend to either find a better mattress or add some kind of foam topper to ours (short queen). Sleeping on a slate of granite is lovely and all, but I too am looking for better (softer) options.

We have a brand new, never used, 2023 2608BS parked in our yard. When we were shopping and doing the PDI we both marveled at how good the mattress feels and looks. This is our third Rockwood after a 2502KS for four years and a 2511S for four years. Both of those mattresses served our purpose for the duration. What year is yours and are you full time? In other words why do you need a new mattress? We only get to use ours about 150 days a year up here in the great white North.

Holly ours is a regular queen at 60" X 80". I don't know if they were all like that.

We got a 10" Zinus memory foam mattress off of Amazon. It's so comfortable we will probably buy a King size for the house when our current bed is done.

Sorry. Don't have your unit.
Why do you need the depth? Unless it's a folding mattress, what you need is the length and width. From the online floorplan, it looks like it's a standard queen mattress, but you really should check your rig before buying.

If it's a standard queen, you can go to any mattress store or online retailer and purchase one. Our friends replaced theirs with a Sleep Number because that's what they have at home. Pricey though.

Thanks for your comments. We have a 2020 2608. After using it for this time we need to get a new one. It is a regular queen. I'm just wondering about the thickness because it slides under the little closet.
I hope they have put in a better bed in your model.

Thanks for your input. Our mattress slides under out little closet in our 2608bs. Naturally I forgot to measure the thickness before we put it away for the winter. I was just wondering if any 2608bs owners knew off hand what type of bed they replaced the old mattress with.
