Maiden voyage on 2703ws

Spent ten nights in our 2016 2703ws. Loved the space and comfort in this TT. Disappointed in a couple of things. Had a water leak under the kitchen sink and water running out from under the bathroom sink. Air conditioner did not cool very well but blew enough air to blow Styrofoam from out of the vents. Should be a couple easy fixes, I hope.

Can all be fixed; don't let these little things discourage you. When fixed you'll forget all about them, then you can just kick back & enjoy.

If you remove the air conditioner frame inside, you can check to see if the Styrofoam is completely cut away for the ducts. Our wasn't. Also used some aluminum tape to seal the leaks in there.
Love ours, just have to fix what they can't get right at the factory.

X2 on Gooiebob. I have the Flagstaff clone of your Rockwood. Definitely have to pull the AC frame down on the inside and remove the stryofoam blocking the ducting. It was the same in ours. Also check the last vents in the BR and LR. They use that sprayfoam in the factory to close the duct at the end, but they don't do a real great job. You'll have to clean that up as well. Have fun with it. We love ours. DW and I can't wait till the fall when we can turn our inside fireplace on again.
