Mini Lite 2306 - Bunk modifications

We have a Mini lite 2306, and love it. It is such a great trailer!

We have however, been lucky enough to have a third kid this past January, and all of a sudden we don't have enough bunks! We know we can use the kitchen table as a bed too, but we dont want to do the take down/setup every night.

Looking around on the interwebs, i saw a 2010 version of our trailer and it has 3 bunks! looks like they use the storage area under the bunks as a third bunk. I was wondering if anyone has any experience modifying the bunks?

Do you have the Murphy bed?
I think the 3 bunks we're only in the fixed bed and the water heater went under the master bed....

Could mod a short bunk under there, I suppose... Lose a bunch of storage though.
