That will work. Make sure you order a switch plate for it also. They don’t come with one.

Yes, I'm aware. Here's the switchplate:

Goodyear Endurance Tires Installed on 2511S

I had Discount Tire replace all 4 factory Castle Rock China bombs including the spare with USA made Goodyear Endurance tires, ST205/75 R14 Load Range D (8 ply).

I had 2 separate flat tires last year on the Castle Rocks. Fortunately both flats occurred while I was in RV Parks and I was able to get them repaired without delay. I had no TPMS at the time. I think I was very lucky I did not have the flats or a potential blowout on some remote highway.

China bombs never again! I will always run Goodyear Endurance tires. No guarantee of no flat but I have peace of mind knowing I’m running the Goodyear’s. I also now have the TST-507 TPMS with monochrome monitor and will put the TPMS caps on next trip out.

I plan on replacing all the tires before my first trip. I'm glad Rockwood is now including TPMS with their campers. What's a rough estimate on the cost of those Goodyears mounted and balanced?

Welcome to the forum.

My OTD cost (mounted/balanced only) at Discount Tire was $689.91 for 5 tires. Additionally Goodyear offered a $50 rebate (prepaid Mastercard). The rebate expired Feb 29, but it does come and go.

We purchased an ADCO last April and it has held up very well. I keep the trailer covered and has done very well in high wind events.Click image for larger version

Backup cam fuse

We have been using the Furrion observation/back-up camera for a month. Once installed the camera can be moved up or down to get your best viewing angle. Really like the observation feature to assist when changing lanes. The 4.3" monitor is small, but it is clear.

The SS refrigerator is not true SS. It is a panel that appears to look like SS. It can be scratched/nicked so be careful opening the doors when the slide out is closed.
Hi, new to the group and found this. Rockwood 2304KS and have no power to backup camera wiring (pre-installed) checked with voltmeter. Can't figure where the fuse is 'if' there is a dedicated fuse and/or where switch is. I checked all normal fuses and they seem to be working fine. THANKS IN ADVANCE. Rick

Did you turn on your TV's lights? Most cameras are powered from the trailers running lights, which are powered from the TV's running lights.

What he said.

Mine said it was wired to the box under the aframe but it was tied to the tow vehicle parking lights...not in the box. I tried to wire it seperately but it was tapped to the center clearance light.

Thank you all did not realize that. After I took off the bracket pulled out the wires took them apart so I can get the voltmeter on it I finally figured out I need to hook it up and turn on the TV lights. You learn by doing I guess thanks for all your help .

If you bought your 2403 from a dealer, he did a pretty poor PDI job, which seems to be the norm, unfortunately.

Feel free to keep asking questions. We've all been where you are.

No sir totally my fault. Did not realize that the electricity did not come from the fuse panel rather came from having the lights on when hooked up to your tow vehicle. Strictly my error.

Bedroom TV Mounted Outside

For 2511S/25FBLS owners who would like to move their bedroom TV outside, here is a photo of my 32 inch TV hooked up. I installed a second mounting bracket to lower the TV for better viewing and to get it away from the door opening and window. The same bracket fits both the bedroom swing arm mount and outdoor mount.

See Posts #369 and 370 for my mounting instructions and photos.

Replacement for Furrion Soundbar?

Hi Everyone,

One of the things I want to do to this trailer is replace the terrible sounding Furrion soundbar with something that sounds better than a 1950s era hand-held transistor radio.

Does anyone know if there are any compatible direct replacements?

Thanks in advance!

Rick

Agree. We both have the same Furrion soundbar. The sound quality is poor. When you remove the Furrion please Post back the model number. I think it is FSB24SA2C-BL.

X2. Does anyone know if there are any compatible direct replacements?

I would think that any sound bar that can fit the space would work.
If I remember correctly the connections are spade terminals. Not exactly the best but... so I doubt that there is an exact replacement but that shouldn’t be a problem to make up what ever connection you would need.

We don't use the little tablet inserts. I bought two tv trays. Both store nicely beside the theater seats and work well.

We use ours. Obviously they don't hold more than a plate though. We purchased a small adjustable height table that works really well for 2 people when we are having a multiple plate meal!

This is the one we purchased: https://www.campingworld.com/outdoor...folding-tables
