You never know. May depend on what valves they happen to have handy.

Well since they are on an assembly line I would think if they are building 2511s each one that comes off the line should be the same.

Yeah, you'd think so, but they don't build these like they build cars.

Think more like "similar houses" than cars.

If you stick around the forum long enough, you'll soon see that there are often differences. Even the same model years are different. They start building, say, 2018 models in spring of 2017. They are usually just like the 2017's. Then around mid-summer of 2017, they actually make changes, but still call them 2018's.

For example, my "2016" Mini Lite 2503S was built in April of 2015. It more resembles a late-build 2015 model than it does a "2016" model built after mid-summer of 2015.

The dealer we bought our 2511s from had a 2018 2503s. We came very close to purchasing. In the end we decided to go with the 2511s because it had the private bedroom. We have had tons of fun personalizing it to our taste.

Welcome to the forum.

I have a factory installed Go Power solar on side port that's rated for 20 amps on my 2511S. The Go Power port uses an SAE connector.

Here is my solar on the side setup:

1. One 12GA short 1 ft. SAE connector cable from my solar on the side port to a Power Pole connector. https://powerwerx.com/bullet-sae-to-...ole-connectors.

2. Two 10GA Power Pole extensions cables (10 ft. and 25 ft.) for short or long runs to my 100W Renogy solar suitcase. https://powerwerx.com/powerpole-conn...xtension-cable

3. One 10GA short 1 ft. Power Pole connector cable from my extension cable to bare wire connection to my Renogy solar controller. https://powerwerx.com/single-conductor-custom-cable

I also have (for backup) one 10GA short 1 ft. ATC Style Fuse Holder with ring terminals and Power Pole connectors to connect directly to my 6V batteries. https://powerwerx.com/ring-terminal-...fuses-10-gauge

There are other cable configurations and connectors out there so you must first know what type solar on the side connection you have on your trailer (Go Power, Zamp, etc.) and go from there.

2511S/25FBLS Outdoor TV Mount Bracket

This is the TV bracket that slides into the factory installed outdoor TV mount on our 2019.5 Mini Lite 2511S. Same bracket also fits the Micro Lite 25FBLS.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

For mounting to the TV, the outside mounting holes on the bracket are 4 inches on center. The inside holes are 3 inches on center.

32” Bedroom TV Installed

This install applies to our 2019.5 Mini Lite 2511S. Same install should also apply to the 2019.5 Flagstaff Micro Lite 25FBLS. Other 2511S/25FBLS years may also apply but measure first.

I installed a bedroom 32” Vizio TV Model D32f-G1. I used the PAW International swing arm TV wall mount. This mount gives you the option to move the bedroom TV to the factory outside TV mount.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Install Steps:
1. I used a magnetic stud finder. My TV backer plate is 24” W x 12” H.
2. The top edge of my TV mount is 7” from ceiling and 18” on center (photos).
3. I used a torpedo level to level TV mount top edge.
4. I used a 7/64” drill bit to pre-drill 6 holes through backer plate. Be careful, only drill through about 3/4” just enough to go through the backer plate.
5. I used 6 ea. 12 x 3/4” Stainless Oval Phillips Sheet Metal screws (Lowes).
6. I gorilla glued each screw.
7. Remove the 4 Vizio TV mount screws from back of TV. Per owner’s manual do not use these screws.
8. Install this TV mount bracket on back of TV using 4 M6x8mm machine screws (last photo).
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

9. Tilt the swing arm mount plate down a lot before sliding the TV into the mount.

Note: There is no locking pin for this TV mount. I plan to remove the TV and stow it for travel. The yellow energy label on the TV comes off later.

A 2nd Outdoor TV Mount Installed

I don’t understand why FR mounted the outdoor TV mount on the 2511S so high up. If you don’t mind standing to watch TV, their mount location is fine. I found it way too high when viewing from a camp chair.

I mounted a 2nd TV mount just below the rail that supports the BBQ grill. I did not want to use the existing factory mount and leave holes in the wall.

Wall mount:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

TV mount:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

TV wall mount install steps:
1. Measured 14-1/2” from end of rail to center of TV mount (photo).
2. Measured 1-1/2” from bottom of rail to center of TV mount (photo).
3. Leveled mount with a torpedo level.
4. Painter’s tape wall and mark the 6 holes before drilling.
5. Small sharp punch or dowel to slightly indent each hole for drill bit.
6. I used a 3/32 drill bit. Drill about 1/16” depth. If you go to far, it’s okay, however there is no backer.
7. Remove painter’s tape.
8. I removed one screw from the higher factory TV mount to determine what screws to use.
9. I used 6ea 10x1 Black Chromate Phillips pan head screws (Lowes).
10. Gorilla glued all screws (hand tighten).

Note: This install is for a 32” Vizio TV Model D32f-G1. Be sure the back of your TV will mount in this location before installing the wall mount.

Swing TV Bracket

Just repaired my 2019 TV swing bracket. The new 2020 model eliminated this bracket. Had to rebuild the frame with wood supports behind the trim boards. Then reinstalled the bracket. Added a vertical trim board to the left side of the frame (matches the right side) to add support to the bracket. Could have driven it to the dealer but we got the boards sent to us and made the repairs at home.

Great you brought this up. My bracket came apart at the top of the frame in the same spot as yours and the TV rested on the cabinet base. I had it repaired under warranty. Something all 2511S/25FBLS owners that have this type of swing bracket should keep an eye on.

Husky 4500 lb. Electric Tongue Jack Installed

I replaced the factory RAM 3500 lb. power tongue jack on my 2019.5 2511S. The RAM jack struggled when raising my F150 with 10K/1K Equalizer WDH. I had the Husky HB 4500 jack on a former trailer and know how well this jack performs.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I wired the Husky jack to the battery cut-off switch, not the battery. Connecting to the cut-off switch load terminal (bottom terminal in photo) allows you to use your tow vehicle’s 7-way connection to operate the jack in case your trailer battery is dead or removed.

Remove the battery negative ground cable and turn the cut-off switch off.
Remove the three bolts with 9/16” socket and disconnect the two wires. My factory RAM jack has two wires (black positive and blue ground).

I used a short 10 gauge in line blade fuse with a 30 amp fuse, not the 40 amp fuse shown in the link below. I did not use the supplied in line 30 amp manual reset circuit breaker. Attach a 10 gauge 3/8” ring terminal to one end and a 10 gauge butt connector to the other end.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Connect the 3/8” ring terminal to the cut-off switch load terminal. Route the Husky jack wire, cut off the excess wire (leave some slack), and connect to the butt connector.

I replaced the three factory 3/8” bolts with:
1. Three Grade 5, 1-1/4” long, 3/8”-16 dia. bolts.
2. Three 3/8” stainless steel split washers.
3. Three 3/8” stainless steel flat washers.
4. Three supplied 3/8” star washers.
Torque bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. per instructions.

I did not use the supplied storage kit that attaches to the jack for the 7 way trailer plug.

Optional jack cover with rings for keeping tow chains off the ground.

Did the same repair after our second trip last year on our sister Flagstaff 25FBLS.

Added a High/Low AC fan switch to the thermostat and disconnected the micro interior light switch and installed a larger switch near the door. No more fumbling in the dark for the correct switch. [emoji16]

Did you use the JR Products model # 12625 rocker switch for your T-stat? If not, what did you use? I did the micro switch on the T-stat, but am contemplating the rocker switch.

I used a Diamond Industry On/On switch and attached the high and low speed wires to the switch. The center terminal is the hot terminal. Sorry don’t have part number as I threw the package out a few days ago.

If your filter housing is the FR1 any universal 10" filter cartridge will fit. You can find them at Walmart/HD/Lowes/Amazon.

FWIW this filter setup is cheap, prone to break or will eventually leak. Also a PIA to replace the cartridge if your filter is located behind the small door in the bathroom.

The better solution is to bypass this filter. Good discussions with photos at Posts 65-68, 113, 115-116 and 119.

Thanks. Was looking for another source in case I couldn't get the JR one when the time comes.

I did find it here, so it looks like it's available.
