Mini Lite Front Window

I am looking for a discussion from last year about replacing the front window on a 2509S front window. When I do a search, I am routed to google and can't seem to find it there. Where do I look? I need to replace the large front window and am getting prices in the $800 range!

You can use the search function at the upper right of this page. It will list the articles that contain the words you are searching for on a google page then you click on the article to see if that is what you want. The moderators may know of a better way to find the information

We just replaced ours in our MicroLite 25BRDS (same as the 2509S). Call Duncan Systems (800) 551-9149. They charged $550. You'll need the window part number, which we got by calling Forest River directly. Ours was F100066104.

I have the 2509s, sounds like I need to find some protection for the front window?

That looks really nice!
Do you think it will stand up to all the bugs and cleaning?

I hope so. It’s pretty thick,. Clear as day looking from the inside out though. We’re really pleased with it.

Nbudi - I just got a quote from Duncan for $850! It's the same part #! How did you get a window for $550?

45RPM - Full disclosure - we went through our insurance company (because the window was broken) and sadly, actually had to pay $1000 deductible. I did see the purchase order from Duncan to our installer, which was $550, and it says "agreed charges". I'm thinking this must be a wholesale price. There were no Install, Freight or Crating charges. Sorry to mislead you.

Thanks, NBUDI! I called Duncan and they said that I can save the $240 (shipping and crating) by driving to Indiana and picking it up. Then I called a nationwide RV windshield replacement company that told me that Duncan is an aftermarket company! I interpret that to mean that they are not the original equipment manufacturer supplying Forest River. I'll look into this a little deeper.
Thanks again!

I have a 2022 Flagstaff 21FBRS. I broke the front glass window. I suppose I will need to replace it. I am not having any luck finding a replacement. I probably will take it to the dealer where I bought it. Let them deal with my insurance !
Any suggestions ?

Who made your decal? I have a front window and would love one just like your's.

Gosh, I can’t remember. I know I bought it online, but I don’t think it was from Amazon. Sorry!

Was it larger than the window and you cut it to size? Or was it a window specific application?
