Mini Lite slide out with bubble on cover material

Recently picked up our rockwood mini lite 2104, After getting it home and reinspecting it. Found a 2 -3 inch bubble / wrinkle on top of slide out material.No hole. Email the dealer who states "AS FAR AS THE BUBBLE GOES, IF THERE ISN'T A HOLE THERE ISN'T ANYTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.
UNITS DO COME WITH WRINKLES AND BUBBLES IN THESE MATERIALS, IT ISN'T GOING TO HURT ANYTHING AND FOREST RIVER DOESN'T CONSIDER IT TO BE A DEFECT. IT WOULD HAVE TO BE PRETTY SEVER OR PUNCTURED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO RECOMMEND ANY WORK BE DONE".
Has anyone heard anything like this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Email Rockwood service and attach the pictures. They'll probably say the same thing the dealer said but worth a shot. It would drive me nuts also. Welcome to the world of the outstanding craftsmanship mentioned on the websites and brochures.

Might send pics to Alpha systems. A lady was very nice on the phone and very knowledgable. Can't remember her name. I not sure that would ever cause a problem if there is no hole in it. The fix would probably be a patch which would look worse.

I looked through Alpha websites seems they produce sheet rubber roofing but not this this textured plastic or FG. Looks like very heavy leg or weight had rested on the surface and depressed both the laminate cover and its substrate, both are damaged. They should renew the slide roof complete. Built in stress could relieve it self in a sizable crack at any time.

Not to diminish your frustration on spotting this on your new rig, but if it was me, I would handle it at home. I would clean the area then lay down a nice round patch of Eternabond. Then I would go hit the road!

I've attempted to view the video a number of times before after your advice. Just can't get it to run. It's description is olefin sheet easy to shape and mold. That doesn't match the pic the op included. Sheet material with pebbled surface?
