Monitor Panel identification

We just bought a new 2015 8311SS Rockwood Travel Trailer and love it, but got no orientation. It's our second trailer, but THE first with slide-outs. A few starting questions please about the monitor panel.

1. One toggle says WATER HEATER and another says TANK HEATER. Does the water storage tank have a heater? If so, I suppose that it's just for use in freezing weather and doesn't need to be switched on during higher temperatures.
2. Is the WATER HEATER heated by propane only, or does it automatically switch to electric when connected to shore power. (our previous one had separate switches for each - electric and one for gas).
3. What is the DSI FLT light for? I assume it is telling me of a fault, but of what? It's between the WATER PUMP and the WATER HEATER.

1) The toggle for Tank Heaters is for the heating blankets in the holding tanks and you're right about not needing it in warmer weather. However, they have t-stats so they only operate below a certain temp so if you forget to leave them on it won't hurt anything.

2) You could have a DSI/Elec water heater which runs on propane and/or electric. Even if it's a DSI/Elec it won't automatically switch from one source to the other. You can choose to run it on either electric or propane or both at the same time.

Look inside the outside grill at the lower left corner behind the tubing and see if there's a switch. If so it's for the electric element. If you don't have one your heater is probably just propane.

3) The DSI FLT is telling you that there was a fault with the ignition of the flame when the water heater is running on propane.
