Mounts off frame below bumper.
Are these mounts factory or were they added by the previous owner. They are below the bumper but welded to the frame.

I have a 2304s.

I'd say factory. Probably for stabilizers, or for rollers.

My 2503S has them farther forward with stabilizers attached.

My 2604ws has them. I used it to mount a fence post for the sewer hose.
