New 2019 2604WS
Will be picking it up Tue afternoon from the dealer . We have waited more than 2 months for this one. It has the theater seating so I am going to have to train the dog to get me popcorn and a beer. It has the 15K AC which we will test over the weekend as it will be >90 degrees during our shakedown cruise. Here is to problem free ownership!.

2604ws
We love our 2604ws. We had a 2013 just replaced it with a 2018. Love some of the updates and hate others but overall a great layout for two people.

We really like our 2015. Took out the couch and rocking chairs. Replaced with two lazyboys. Dw says best thing we have done.

The biggest quirk is the TV antenna. The reception is incredibly poor. I am camping about 20 miles from Chicago which means I should have a strong signal. The TV reception on my old RV with a crankup antenna was far superior.

A new malfunction:
We ordered the Theater Seating. The chairs do heat & massage. The massage is now broken on one chair. There are no kids with us to break the chairs.
I understand working the kinks out of a new product is expected. The most disconcerting part is the time your camper gets tied up for repairs. It seems to be normal for repairs to take weeks because dealers don’t (and can’t) store all the parts for all the camper models. Diagnosis can be quick but repair ordering and receipt/installation is the killer.
Observations: the USB chargers with the Theater Seating seem to be trickle chargers. So, if you need fast charging, bring a better charger along.
The 15K AC upgrade appears to be worth it. We are experiencing mid-90s in the Chicago area. At points in time, the AC has run for hours on end which leads me to believe a 13.5K unit would be struggling. Temp is set for mid-70s.
We like the unit, but dislike the kinks.

Fixed the Theater Seat- 2 connectors were disconnected. But The IRV 32 audio system display is so dim as to be unreadable. It is like a cheap display watch with a failed battery. I wrote IRV Technologies about the problem. I pushed the button that controls brightness and the rest of the panel got brighter but not the display.
I hope you are all sitting down. The DVD is NOT Blue Ray. Maybe, they bet on Beta making a comeback. It does not make sense.

I have egg on my face with the USB chargers. I had a bad cable. I swapped out my cable with a known good cable and the USB charger works fine.
So the open problems are the TV antenna and the IRV 32 non-Blue Ray audio system. While they are a pain, they do not impact camping which is supposed to be getting away from civilization.

Not sure about your specific model but most come with an amplifier for the TV signal. It should be off for cable hookup and on for antenna TV. Have you confirmed that the amplifier is on?

The amp light is on. I am using the antenna for TV reception, not cable. I wrote Winegard about their antenna performance. Probably wont hear anything until Monday.

We cannot see the display on the radio either, irritating. Check the outside storage doors for sealant. Neither of the storage doors were sealed, causing leaking in the storage area. Doesn't the F.R. factory have a final inspection?

Winegard said that sometimes the new antenna will not work as well as the old crankup antennas if height is needed to get a better signal. I will be investigating a Winegard RFL 332 which would possibly improve antenna gain.
Not a word from IRV about the audio system.
Discovered a gap at the top of the closed screen door on the back door. Have to figure out to plug that.

Horrible viewing angle when it's near the ceiling.

Are you talking about clear proflex on the top of the outside of the door where the hinge is or inside? Mine has a black gasket in the opening but no sealant on the hinge. Add the marker lights to the items to seal. They let in water. Funny the factory seals the taillights and front lower side marker lights but says they don't need to be sealed.
