You’re gonna love it. That was our backup to the 2707WS that we ended up buying. I’ve had it one season and no issues at all with it.

Wow, that's a nice floor plan. I think you're gonna love it! DW would love the extra counter space in the kitchen.
Safe and happy travels.

Congratulations on your new purchase. You are going to really enjoy the 2020 2608BS. We took delivery of ours on April 5th. Much nicer than we expected. Our previous trailer was also the 2608ws. I would suggest dry camping and use the water pump and shower miser. There was an issue with ours that had to be fixed.

Rockwood 2608
We purchased the Rockwood 2608BSD late last year and were planning to take a trip but the weather changed quickly and we decided not to go. We have been using our trailer as a movie room! Love the heated recliners. I really liked the closet and drawers setup in the bedroom, but thought the rack to hold the hangers wasn't planned well to hang clothes. I reinforced the bar and bought a storage rack to place in the middle of the closet to give the bar something stable to lay on just to be a little more secure. It works well and gives us a place to put our extra towels.

Can you share a picture of the storage rack and what brand and/or where did you find it?
That sounds like a good idea. Thanks

Rockwood 2608 - clothing rack
Here are a few pictures. I bought this online at Home Depot. It fit perfectly. I also reinforced the bar with a coat rack attached to a wood plate on the inside of the closet. The 3rd picture is of the key ring and eraser board I found at HD and the picture is of a auto on light I placed so when we enter or leave the camper at night, I can see the control board and switch on/off the switches needed. The light and eraser board on fastened by command strips!

Is the bed a regular queen (60 by 80) or an rv queen {60 by 74)?

Thanks, I thought that was the case with the slide, the DW really likes this floorplan mainly due the the roominess of the bedroom.

2608BS
Hello to Everyone,
My husband I are brand new to the forum and brand new to RVing. We purchased the 2608BS in September of last year and are just really loving the adventure. We are finding that our trailer has a lot of unusual features that many of RVing friends have never seen before. We are learning on the fly, some time by error on how these things work. We did not understand why our fresh water tank was on over flowing while hooked up to city water until one day I was standing in the shower one morning and happen to read the warning label on the “ Water Mieser” 🙃🤣. It all was a little overwhelming in the beginning but we are starting to get the hang of it all!!
We are looking forward to reading all of your posts for more advanced learning. We are embarking on our first dry camping adventure in a couple weeks. We were reading a bit on adding solar panels but decided this needed a little more research before jumping into.

Welcome, tell me more about the warning label please, do you need to do something to the shower miser before hooking up to city water? thanks

Hello!!
Thank you!!
The small silver valve needs to be kept in the down position once you are showering. If you forget, the water will continue to flow in to the fresh water tank and spill out the back of your trailer. It is best only to use that valve when you are dry camping and trying to conserve water while you are trying to get your water warm for a shower.
