We purchased a 1909S. Love it, but had a similar problem. The slide dug into the floor and came in at an angle after a few uses. Took it to dealer and they determined that the slide was was not installed correctly. They repaired it quickly and ordered me some new flooring. Orchard Trailers in Whately MA were outstanding.

I believe that your dealer is just lazy.

I never turn the switch off at the hot water tank. I turned it on when we bought the trailer and it's been on ever since. I just use the switches (gas and electric) on the control panel inside. Should I be turning the switch at the tank off when we're not camping?

You have two switches, one for electric and one for propane. It sounds like you are turning the propane on and off but the electric is always on.

No, I have electric and propane switches for my HW as well, inside the bathroom. I never turn the HW off from inside the door panel, but from inside the bathroom. This is in a 27RK Crusader Lite.
