NEW owner want to say thanks to the forum

Just brought home a 2017 2304ks from Weekend RV in Tn (great people)
Love the camper layout. Love that Rockwood has its own forum. I've been researching this and other info for over 9 months, wife says thank GOD YOU finally bought a camper.
I've found out that buying the RV is just the 1st step.Wanting to do things right I have since bought a weight distribution hitch (mandatory)a progressive 30 amp ems surge controller (also mandatory in my view) ,20' Rhino sewer hose ,20' camco hose slinky, extra water hose ( Rv came with one) ,water pressure regulator, extra 30amp extension cord,50 amp to 30 amp Dog bone ,camper came with a 30 amp to 110 adapter for light loads, box of 10 adult leggos for leveling and a few other small items such as fridge thermometer, pack of assorted fuses don't forget slide fuse etc. From gleaning the forum and being a Newby this is what I found to be advantageous to buy to at least get going.
Also wanting to boon dock I got a 100 amp renogy solar panel and a rover 20amp Mppt charge controller with 30' of cable so I can try this portable or later mount permanent to the RV. Thanks to all on the forum to help me make my decisions on what I think I need for my for Rving pleasure-- thanks

Congratulations on the purchase of your new TT. I'm sure you and DW will enjoy it for years to come. Nice floor plan.

If you plan to use the black tank flush, get a separate dedicated hose for that purpose. I got one of those super light expandable hoses. You do not want to hook up a fresh water hose to the flush.

Safe and happy travels.

Congratulations - from nearly new owner to another.

Things you did not mention that we've done: Swapped "china bombs" for uprated Maxxis, added a backup camera, added a slide topper, just purchased a TST 507 TPMS, swapped 12V battery for larger capacity dual 6V batteries, added a single Honda 2000i generator and will add the 2nd when I am mobile again. We are considering adding a hotspot device and bluetooth sensors for the propane tanks. I'm sure I forgot some stuff.

A couple more things for your list"
1. A right angle fresh water hose adaptor to take the strain off the fresh water hose hooked to the trailer.
2. A backflow preventer for the black water hose (Home Depot about 2$). No sense sending the nasties back up the hose or hydrant.
3. Indoor/outdoor thermometer
4. Some insulating foil pieces to block the windows on your sunny side for storage. Also cut a piece and glue some Velcro to the sunlight in the bath to cut about 20 degrees off the inside temps.
5. Command strips for clothes hangers in the bath and for a key hook by the door.
6. Inside the fridge battery operated fan to keep things even temp inside the fridge.
7. Clear elbow for the waste hose - yep kind of gross but you know when the tank is clean. Spray bottle of bleach/water mix to sanitize the waste hose and fittings. Good pair of rubber gloves to handle the Uck parts...
8. Quick tank filler hose (clear flexible hose to go in the filler of the fresh water tank)
9. Spare anode rod and a water heater tank flusher.
10. some nice steaks, your favorite beverage, and a couple of great chairs to watch the sun set.. Enjoy.. We have this year.

Congratulations on your new Mini Lite!
In addition to the good suggestions already given we added furnace, fridge, and water heater flying insect screens.

Ditto on the Andersen's! Loved ours when we had the Flagstaff.
Sounds like you are well on your way with what you have already purchased. But, you need to quit obsessing and go out and enjoy it a bit. That's when you really realize what you might need to purchase!

And welcome!
