New to the forums and a couple of questions

I am currently interested in purchasing a Forest River 2007 Rockwood Roo 21RS that I found for $10,700 (asking). From my understanding it has only been used once a year for a month at a time. No kids, pets, or smokers. It is in perfect condition and has A/C, Oven, Canopy, and some other options I can't remember. I am going to go see it for a closer look this weeked and maybe make an offer.

Does this sound like a good price?

Also I have found the following trailers which all seem to be the same:
Forest River Rockwood Roo 21RS
Forest River Shamrock 21RS
Keystone Outback 21RS

Are these basically the same trailer? What are the differences? Is one better than the other?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make the right choice for me and my family.

They're all the same RV. The color scheme is different but the manufacturing is the same. They do that so different dealers can have different units of the same class.

to the forum. Questions are what this forum is here for so don't be shy in asking.

Plug in the options here to get a price: http://www.nadaguides.com/default.as...T&d=2300091664

Things that came extra on the camper (AC, awning, etc.) are options. Don't include things like the furnace, fridge, jacks, etc., as they were standard equipment.
