It will if the one bad bulb shorts out and blows the fuse.

Light bulbs are already "shorted" inside that sealed glass, that's why the filament glows. When they pop the filament breaks and the light goes out.

Obviously you've not seen a drop of water hit a hot bulb, break the glass and the continue to fill the base with water until it shorts and blows the fuse.... or vibration jars the glass loose from the base and bends the filament posts until the positive one touches the base or twist together.

Yes, many bulbs simply burn out... but not all.
