Ohio overnight stops

We are planning a trip to Florida in March and would like to make our first overnight stop in Ohio. Can anyone suggest a park that would be open at that time of year or do most folks stop at a Walmart etc for the night?

As far as I know..all of the State parks are open year round.

If you're coming through OH to FL, you are probably traveling down I-75. While most state parks are open, the water (and sometimes electric) are shut off. Also, I don't know of any parks that are close to I-75 with easy access if you're just looking for a layover. If you want to make it as far south as Piqua, OH, You're welcome to use my parking lot for the night. I can set you up with some electric, so you can at least run your furnace and such.

If your coming through Ohio and your on the Ohio Turnpike they have hookups available in some of the rest stops with a dump station. I believe its on $20 for the night and easy to pull into and out plus you have the rest stop there too.
