Ordered a new 2017 2306 Mini Lite
Hi,
We ordered a new 2017 Mini Lite 2306 on Feb. 23rd. Dealer said it would take
6 to 8 weeks to get. I now notice that some dealers are selling 2018 Mini Lites
2306. Does that mean that production has ended for 2017 models and they
are only producing 2018 models? Any ideas as to what I should expect to get?

We bought our 2017 2306 in April of 2016 off of the Dealer's lot, so that does not surprise me they are manufacturing the 2018's now...

Don't be surprised if you end up with a "2018." We ordered our Mini Lite on Feb 28, 2015 and when it arrived in late May 2015, it was a "2016" model.
Also know that while the "model year" they give you changes sometime in the spring, actual changes to models seem to occur in the fall. So a "2016" purchased in the spring can look different than a "2016" purchased in the fall.

I would bet it will be an 18. We ordered ours the very end of February last year and it was ready mid April as a 2017.

My Rockwood Ultra Lite 2304DS was ordered in early January and I picked it up on March 15th. It is listed as a 2018 model.

We ordered our 2306 March 7th, 2013. When it came in May it was a 2014. Bet yours will be a 2018. Enjoy it.

I read this thread earlier today before going to the dealer to do our walk through with what we thought was our 2017 Wildwood. Well Well... this thread made me wonder and sure enough it is listed as a 2018. It's only March! I think it's a little crazy! Looks just like the 2017 one. LOL

We got our 2304DS in the first part of March. Love the floor plan and have taken it out twice. I guess I don't care if I have 2017 or 2018. It is fun no matter what what model year it is. Hope you have as much fun with yours as we have with ours.

I hate the model year games. The should be a law against it. We love our 2306 though. Hope you do too. On our way back to MI from Moab, UT right now (stopped for lunch).

But the good point is, your trailer is one year newer when you sell it or trade it in!

mini lite 2509s 2018
Ordered our 2509s Jan. 25 2017 and will receive it on April 18 2017. Vin # on record with dealer and it will be a 2018 model. Does this seem to be a long time to get it?

I purchased my 2016 in March of 2015. The bad point for me is that I live in Georgia where I have to pay an annual ad valorem tax. Therefore in 2016, I paid tax on a supposedly brand new camper that was already one year old and I will continue to pay a year's higher tax rate every year as long as I own it. Larry G.
