I've bumped my head a couple times on these corners. I did what was suggested above by sticking a couple of those "corner baby bumpers". The problem with mine are they use that very thin double sided adhesive tape. Unfortunately, the bed rubs them as you raise and lower it and I was forever finding my bumpers in my basement. I finally screwed them in and that fixed the problem.

I've rubbed up against mine a few times as well, so far nothing major. You could get those clear plastic strips for wall corners (they come in 4' sections I think). Self adhering. Maybe cut 3" or so and apply it in just the right spot, could take the "bite" out of the corner

[quote=mrichaud;1880775]enjoying our new 2509s, but have discovered an issue - the protruding, very sharp corner (lower inside, next to the bed) is a hazard to my noggin! I've banged into it a few times already; wife also.
I found this out on our 2104s last week too! Wow! talk about waking up real fast! When I got home I used 3 of these on each side but havenít put the Murphy bed down yet so donít know if they will stick. I even thought about filing the corners down but decided against it.

I found these brown rubber corner covers, I think they were furniture corners but glued them on a few years ago and still works. Yes I also got scratched and banged.Sorry, do not remember where I got them.
