Outside kitchen

Does anyone else have a problem with the minifridge popping open in transit... we have been keeping bottled water in it and when we arrive at location, setup camp, and open the kitchen door... it is like a bottled waterfall anyhow what did you do to remedy it.. i was think of getting a big piece of velcro to go around the entire mini fridge ? any other ideas? thanks

Yes we had a bad case of alcohol abuse on our first trip as I watched a half a dozen adult beverages hit the ground and break after which I sobbed for 30 minutes.
Heavy duty velcro fixed ours and one of those fridge bars for inside to keep drinks from shifting in transit. No problems now.

I just put a 3" piece of stick on velcro on door and side of fridge. A 10" piece to hold it together. Never had a problem. I do the same with the house side fridge in my Oilfield shack.
Works like a charm and cheap. Works to hold other things closed too.
