Power Awning Adjustment

I have a 2015 Rockwood 8285IKWS 5th wheel with the power awning. However, when the awning is fully extended, it is almost completely level. I have to adjust the level manually by pulling down on the extension arms and then tightening the clamps so that the rain will not pool. Then I have to loosen them again when I bring the awning in. It seems to eliminate the convenience of having a power awning. Would this have been installed by the dealer or at the factory? Was it their responsibility to have installed it so that it is ready to go without adjustment, or is it standard that even power awnings have to be adjusted after being extended? Anyone else have this issue?

Make sure you don't over extend them, that will flatten them out, as for rain run off no other way around it.
