Purchasing parts for Rockwood

Hi there, if I need a part for my Rockwood, do I need to go through a dealer or are there external sites I can purchase from? I've been waiting over a month for a part and realized my local dealer never ordered it.

I had just recently needed a new opener for one of my frameless windows and I contacted them directly as I didn't want to drag the trailer there just to have them go around in circles. It was a couple emails back a fourth, I had to call for payment as they don't have anything online for non-dealers. 2 days later I got the part.

Yes Kathy is great and service was great on a couple warranty parts and she shipped them ASAP and I did the repair myself

I have had great luck contacting Rockwood directly for a needed part while in warranty period, and also Airexcel, who makes the Coleman Mach a/c and Maxxair vent fans...
Parts sent to the house for me to fix...

They do ask if you are cool doing the repair yourself, but are happy to get the parts to you so you keep going instead of draggin back to the dealer to get something "fixed".

Want it fixed right, do it yourself if you are handy... better be handy to enjoy your rv.
