Smile Question about dual batteries on a windjammer

Hi all,

We're looking at buying a Rockwood Windjammer Ultra Lite 2618VS. Has anyone who has owned a windjammer put solar panels on the roof with two 6 volt batteries? If so where did you put the batteries?

Thanks so much!

We have a Windjammer and have dual 6v batteries on the tongue. We have Solar panels, just not mounted on the roof.

We are still debating rooftop solar but probably not until we upgrade the axles since we are at or slightly above the GAWR on the trailer axles most of the time.

I believe I posted pictures of our tongue mounted batteries in another topic on this forum. http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ml#post1590437
