Could be anything from the valve on top of your propane tank(a) being turned off, to a wrong or poor connection between your grill and the quick-connect.

I have not really had much trouble with it... the quick connect is a bit stubborn and I would make sure it is all the way on as most have a shut-off feature when disconnected.

And of course you *did* already turn the shut off lever into the on position so that cannot be a problem

Be forewarned that it is NOT the world's greatest BBQ :-p In fact it run a bit on the cool side except in specific spots that run hot. But I have to admit it is convenient and kinda cool to hang it on the side and cook away.

Does that mean you made the connection and it is now working?

Yes, it is a tight fit and I didn't have it on all the way. I cooked a pizza, came out great! :-)

Send a message via Yahoo to bob caldwell
Heard the lever on the valve is there to keep people from disconnecting the coupler while being used....think the lever won't let the release release when in line with hose.

I find it interesting that there are all the warnings about running the bbq with the awning extended, when in fact that unit runs pretty cool...
